Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying immediate access to a digital assessment and that no refunds will be issued.

What You Are Purchasing

Your payment grants you immediate, one-time access to complete the IPIP-NEO-120 personality assessment and receive your results. Results are delivered instantly upon completion, including on-screen display and a downloadable PDF report. Your results are also emailed to the address you provide.

No Exceptions

• Dissatisfaction with your results is not grounds for a refund (there are no “bad” scores)
• Failure to complete the assessment before closing your browser is not grounds for a refund
• Failure to download your PDF report is not grounds for a refund (results are also emailed to you)
• Duplicate purchases are not eligible for a refund — please ensure you only purchase once

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving and using the assessment constitutes a violation of these terms. We maintain records of assessment access and completion for dispute resolution purposes.
